I have a confession.

Even tho Im not really the worlds best driver… even tho I have wild A.D.D. even tho I multitask while I am drive…

I still feel the need to send txt messages while behind the wheel…. endangering me… my family… and everyone else arnd me!!

Are there any other txting drivers out there?

Guilty… but I have a smart phone with a QWERTY keyboard, so that’s not as dangerous, right?

I do it too. But only if I am driving by myself. There, I just justified it.

Yep, sent out some text msgs on the way home from the Jackson, TN concert! Super fun memories with one of my youth gals meeting ya’ll. We got Fee goin on here @ Fellowship Bible. Blessings to you guys and your familes.

of course i am… and everytime i do it, i think to myself “jeepers, this isn’t the safest thing you could be doing while driving. one day you’ll wreck” and for some reason, i feel that just that thought makes everything alright and magically gives me grace for the next 15 text messages.

Hey Steve,
this has nothing to do with your blog, but rather what God’s been telling me to tell you. but I figure like most big bands, you don’t check your myspace, so here I am! Just so you know I’ve been a steve fee fan for a very long time, I actually heard one of your song in 2004.thats actually what this is about. In 04′ I heard your song: “what else can I do” sung by the band 67 generation as a praise and worship band, and it was awesome! it actually brought me to accept Christ as my lord and savior. I’ve requested this song many times on many radio stations, (I asked Klove, and wally from Total axxess and they were surprised at the time that I knew who you were…this is before we shine came out)but because this song was made before you went HUGE, no one can find it or play it. So I think you should make a remake of the song on your next album. you never know, you might have written the next “how great is our God” and it might bring more people to accept Jesus. but do what God calls you to do. It might not count for anything,especially since i’m not a musician, but I like the guitar chords from the original recording but like the upbeat fast beat of this version:

omg. I could nver txt bhind the wheel. Just trying 2 focus while I drive is enough of a challenge.
Too dangerous for me. Lack o confidence, I guess.
But we all have are stupid habits.

No - DON’T DO IT. Even mythbusters tested and found that texting while driving is WORSE than drinking and driving. You are too important to the youth of today to risk your life - as well as others, not to mention your family, friends, band members and all the kids at Inside-Out that LOVE and are inspired by your music. I don’t even talk on the phone while driving - I want to LIVE. Nothing is so important that it can’t wait for a red light.

this is really late responding to this blog but yeah i do that all the time and i have some major ADD too. but now in south carolina, the police can pull you over for using your phone while driving if youre under 17. how crazy is that?
